Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the last goods.

Please note: Since our temporary tattoos are applied directly to the skin, they are considered hygiene products. For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot always be returned.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within the period. Opened or already used products will be individually assessed.

You bear the shipping costs in the event of a withdrawal.

How to Register a Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly by email:

• the products you wish to return
• optionally, the reason for your return
• for damaged or faulty products, please include a photo

Important: Please do not send any returns without prior contact, so that we can correctly assign your return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to compensate for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

No Right of Withdrawal Exists For

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed
• used tattoos that have already been applied to the skin
• personalized or custom-made products
• gift vouchers

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Should your order have arrived damaged or should you have received an incorrect product, please contact us directly.

Write to us at hello@patschys.de and please send us a photo as well as your order number. We will quickly find a fair solution.
