We understand. Sometimes you're not quite sure, or the result feels different than expected.
That's exactly why you can try PATSCHYS with complete peace of mind.
What can I return?
You can contact us within 100 days of receipt.
Since our tattoos go directly onto the skin, we treat them as hygiene products.
- Unopened products can be returned without any problems
- Opened or used products will be reviewed individually
In most cases, we find a solution that you are satisfied with.
How do I start a return?
It's very simple:
- Send us an email to hello@patschys.com
- Provide your order number
- Briefly describe your concern, feel free to include a photo
We'll get back to you quickly and tell you exactly how to proceed.
Will I get my money back?
If your request is approved, you will receive your money back via the original payment method or as store credit.
After we have processed everything, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do I have to return something?
In many cases, no.
If a return is necessary, we will explain everything step by step. The costs for this may be borne by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If something is wrong, we'll take care of it immediately.
- You received a wrong product
- Your order arrived damaged
Just write to us and we will send you a replacement quickly.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, some items are excluded:
- personalized tattoos
- gift certificates
- heavily discounted items in individual cases
If you are unsure, just ask us briefly.
Stay fair
We want you to be able to test PATSCHYS without risk.
At the same time, we review returns on a case-by-case basis, especially if something seems unusual.
We always make fair decisions.
Legal right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you received your order.
A short message via email to hello@patschys.com is sufficient.
After a cancellation, we will refund all payments to you via the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you can provide proof of shipment.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
